My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were compact, but clean and quiet, although the air conditioning was too strong. The service was efficient with some impressive touches, but there were issues with cleanliness at times. The location was convenient for sightseeing and shopping but lacked friendliness. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy environment. The staff, while generally polite, could have been a bit more helpful and friendly. The location, although convenient for exploring Seoul, did not entirely match the price. The dining options were adequate but leaned towards Korean cuisine. On the bright side, the proximity to tourist attractions and historic sites was a definite plus.
